Cancellation Policy

Please give a minimum of 48-hour notice for all rescheduling requests to avoid the forfeit of your booking fee (please see Booking Fee Policy below).

We allow a 15-minute grace period from the time of your appointment. Please be on time and reach out as soon as possible to communicate that you will be late.

Promotional rates will not be guaranteed if the service is not done within 2 months of promotion for new brows and 8-10 weeks for touch ups.

Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks ago. Keep in mind reminders are just a courtesy, it is the client's responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals and no shows. Since the scheduled appointment times are reserved for you personally, a No Show fee will apply. (See below for No Show policy.)

Please note: If a rescheduled appointment does not meet the required time frame (i.e. after 10 weeks for initial touch up), higher touchup fees will apply (please see price list for more info).
